This is overseen by a demon of the North who has power over 4 other demons called the powers of the mask 

To become less visible *this will not make you invisible like the invisible man* become less visible to all during acts of deception 

To distract attention and make those who are near look the other way while you commit your act 

To blur the truth make people with evidence against you unable to see or speak the truth 

to move attention to another this is self explanatory as well
