Into silent hill........ this is NOT something I recommend if you rent an apartment, it may spread. However, if you think you can ensure it can be contained...... I will put containment spells on it but I won't monitor it for the lifetime of me lol. but the containment spell should last but you have to ensure there are no leaks. Once a year you should monitor it for leaks or ask me to. since it 's my work I won't have a problem with that.
