trapping power

This tricky little item is kinda neat in that it will trap power/enhance it/and store it for your use. It's a neat item in that it will trap and duplicate, not steal any and all power you come across or call for save ONE. It enhances all the power you come across/call for by 100% and stores it for you to use as you see fit. It will also trap magical/enchanted items duplicate their power and save it for you.
